Key Features of Our Care
Fully Covered by IFHP
All mental health services are completely covered by the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). You will not receive any bills or charges for your care (unless interpretation services are required).
Trauma-Informed Approach
Our practice is built on trauma-informed principles, recognizing the impact of traumatic experiences and focusing on safety, trust, and empowerment in your healing journey.
Interpretation Services Available
Language should never be a barrier to mental health care. Professional interpretation services are available upon request in multiple languages. While IFHP covers most costs, there may be a small additional fee for interpretation services.
Culturally Responsive Care
We recognize and respect the diverse cultural backgrounds of our clients, incorporating cultural understanding into all aspects of our treatment approach.

Assessment Meetings
We’ll schedule two comprehensive assessment meetings to discuss your family, employment, mental health history, current concerns, and fears about returning to your country of origin.
Psychotherapy Process
Intake and Assessment
Your first session involves a comprehensive intake where we discuss your mental health concerns, background, and therapy goals in a safe, confidential environment.
Treatment Planning
Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and respects your cultural values and preferences.
Ongoing Support
Regular therapy sessions provide ongoing support, coping strategies, and a safe space to process experiences and work toward your goals.
